• Activa Softech Ltd. is located at 1629, sector 29, Noida, UP, Any agreement between you and Activa Softech Ltd is subject to laws of India. The same applies to the people residing outside of India.
  
  
• The use of websites Designed/ Developed/ Hosted/ Maintained/Promoted/ Supported by Activa Softech Ltd. is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned here under. By accepting our services you are agreeing to use the service with these terms and conditions under all applicable laws and regulations.
  
  
• It is strictly prohibited to cause any harm to a server, or customer of Activa Softech Ltd, Activa Softech Ltd. Will take immediate action on unauthorized use of other people’s accounts. The above-Mentioned scams include internet scamming like password robbery security hole scanning, etc.
  
  
• 50% of the payment to be made in advance & balance at the time of installation.
  
  
• You agree & accept that all services provided by Activa Softech Ltd. would commence only after complete payment of the agreed amount.
  
  
• Cheques/Drafts to be made in the name of “Activa Softech Ltd.” Payable at Noida Clearing.
  
  
• In case of delay in payment the customer is liable to pay on an additional Interest @ of 10% per month for the delayed periods on out standing amount.
  
  
• The software designed by Activa Softech Ltd. is compatible to general hardware & Software available in the market. In case of any additional software or hardware is required it will be intimated to the customer and will have to be procured by him at his own expenditure.
  
  
• Activa Softech Ltd. Disclaims all and any liability and consequential damages or loss arising out of usage of the products offered.
  
  
• One year of free support for the software is provided & date of free support is calculated from the 1st day of installation or bill date which ever is earlier.
  
  
• Source code of the software cannot be provided under any circumstances & will remain property of Activa Softech Ltd. including its copyright under laws.
  
  
• Contracting person shall be debarred from further sales of the software.
  
  
• Any changes in the system requirement may lead to delay in the stipulated time frame for the service schedules and shall be acceptable to the customer.
  
  
• Customer is bound by the terms of software license agreement that comes into force on the installation of the software.
  
  
• Any & all disputes arising are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India only.
  
  
• Activa Softech Ltd. Reserves all rights with respect to alterations and modification of the Software, Services and to market the software to potential buyers in future.
  
  
• Contracting person is the only sole authorized to make or request any changes in the software as per agreed during the system study.
  
  
• Up gradation done in technologies in due course will be charged as per technologies/Complexities.
  
  
• All taxes are payable.
  
  
• While placing the order customer should keep in consideration the technical complexities that can be faced which are beyond the control of “Activa Softech Ltd.”
  
  
• Though, our websites are always updated as in running conditions but the technical complexities that can be faced which are beyond the control of “Activa Softech Ltd.” Should be acceptable by the customers.
  
  
• The violation of the terms & conditions will result in cancellation of services and no refund will be made.
  
  
• Non-usage of the service does not entitle you for a refund of any portion of the payment made to us for this service.
