Laws applicable

Activa Softech Ltd. is located at G-162, Sector 41, Noida, UP. Any agreement between you and Activa Softech Ltd. is subject to laws of India. The same applies to the people outside inside.

Abusing server

It is strictly prohibited to cause any harm to a server, or customer of Activa Softech.

Activa Softech will take immediate action on unauthorized use of other people’s accounts. The above-mentioned scams include internet scamming like password robbery, security hole scanning, etc.

Background running programs

Activa Softech allows running of the programs on a continuous basis in the backgound. These are compulsory and extra money will be charged based on the usage of the resources and operational maintenance.

Some other terms and conditions, which are written keeping in view the benefits of, the company are as follows:

  • Half of the payment has to be made in advance and remaining balance has to be at the time of installation.

  • Cheques/Drafts should be addressed to “Activa Softech Ltd.” payable at New Delhi.

  • In case of any payment delay, the customer is liable to pay an additional interest@ of 3 per cent per month for the delayed period on outstanding amount.

  • The software designed by Activa Softech is compatible to general hardware and software available in the market. In case of any additional software or hardware is required, it will be estimated to the customer and will have to be procured by him at his own expenditure.

  • Activa Softech disclaims all and any liability with consequential damages or loss arising out of the usage of products offered.

  • Customer is bound by the terms of software licence agreement that comes into force on the installation of the software.

  • Activa Softech reserves all rights with respect to alterations and modifications of the software, services and to market the software potential buyers in future.
